Answer: Content List: The online sale is nowadays become very popular in the process of the major organization. In todays world, most of the organizations are trying to shift their business to the online sales which also lead them to make more profit (Kim Martinez, 2012). The modern generation preferred the online shopping more than the shopping they have to do in the market. This online sale can be categorized in following ways Sporting goods and Media Electronics and Appliance Furniture and Home Furnishings Clothing and accessories Health and Personal Care Food and Beverage This list of the online sales is made on the basis of the popularity of the online shopping. It is noted that the sporting goods and the media have more popularity than all. Electronics goods are in the 2nd. Furniture and furnishing and the Clothing and accessories are nearly in the same position. Health and Personal Care and the Food and Beverage are come in the last. Enterprise Systems Tools: In the management of the online shopping various tools are needed to capture, store, manage, preserve and deliver the contents of the online shopping. All the tools are very essential in all the steps. For capturing the contents, the tools required are getting the details of the customers need in the social media sites (Morris, Gallagher Ridgway, 2012). Which products are getting popular in the market can be known from the feedbacks that are captured from the sites. Cloud computing software can use in the organization to store the captures. Managing all the products is more difficult. The Big data is also used to manage the products according to the categories. The entire products are stored in the commercial cities. Limited products are stored in the branch. The retailer stores are used to preserve the products. The foods and beverage are storage in the refrigerators (Ravariu Babarada, 2011). During the delivery of the contents it is necessary to carry the products according to th e items. Goods can be carrying in the cartoon but foods should be carrying in the cold containers. Enterprise Systems Processes: A number of technologies are required in an organization to smoothly flow the infrastructure. In case of online sale the technology that are required are listed below The information of the products that are present and the products that are required are collected and stored in the cloud (Utomo, 2013). New requirements are refined and filter by using the Big Data. Access the raw material of the products. Manufacture the products. Advertise the products. Post images, videos and blogs in the social sites. Customer will choose the products in the profile of the organization and a mail should send to their e-mail account. Payments should be available in the profile and the options of the online and cash on delivery should available for the customers. People are needed to deliver the products to the customers home with proper safety. After delivery the cash should be collected and supply to the retailer shops. Customers feedbacks are collected.
